Hey and welcome to Nordic Soulmates!

We are Caro and Steffen – a small family business and design studio from the north. Caro comes from Hamburg, where there's always a fresh breeze, and Steffen from the wild North Sea coast. What connects us? The rugged beauty of the north, the endless expanse of the sea, the freedom of traveling in our van, and a passion that has accompanied us for over 20 years: design.

After decades working in large and small agencies and companies, our travels nurtured the desire to create something of our own – something that brings joy and leaves you with a good feeling. Because who hasn't experienced that feeling: standing in front of the closet, wondering what to wear? So we bought our first printing press and started printing hoodies and shirts – initially just for ourselves, out of pure love for the craft and design.

After countless designs, prints, finishes, and intensive research into sustainable textiles, the time had finally come in 2025. Under the banner of our own brand and this small online shop, our idea found its home.

We are aware that the textile industry is one of the biggest polluters . Precisely because this sector is so fast-paced, we, as a small manufacturer, want to do our part – in a small way, but with great conviction. Our materials come from certified organic cotton and are produced under fair conditions. With every order, we support seaweed cultivation and, through special editions, promote projects to protect our coasts and oceans – as a small thank you to our blue, round friend that inspires us every day.

Because we believe: Every step counts. And we are happy to walk this path with you.
