Shipping information
Shipping within Germany
Shipping costs within Germany:
For orders under €150, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99 within Germany.
Shipping is free for orders over €150 – within Germany.
Shipping providers: GLS & DHL
Shipping to other European countries
Shipping costs to other European countries:
For orders to other European countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.90.
(Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Czech Republic, Cyprus)
Delivery time: Because we produce sustainably and only make each product for you after you place your order, the production time is approximately 3-7 working days. Shipping then takes place.
Total delivery time: 5-10 working days (production + shipping)
Please note that there is no shipping on weekends and public holidays.

Important to know:
- Each of our items is handcrafted and printed on demand. This makes every piece unique – and protects the environment. To avoid exchanges or returns, please ask us for sizing advice before ordering . This way, everything runs smoothly, for you and the planet.
- Before you send anything back, please send us a short email to hello@nordicsoulmates.store . Unfortunately, we cannot accept unannounced packages.
Here's how:
- Write to us first, then send: Inform us about your return via email. We cannot process the package without prior notification.

- The item must unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs – we do not accept .
- Please put a note with your name and order number inside the package and also write the order number on the outside .
And then what? Once we have checked your return, you have two options:
- Exchange: Simply reorder the appropriate part or the correct size in our shop.
- Refund: You will receive the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) back to your original payment method.

As a small, , we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives perfectly. However, there are a few things we cannot control:
- Lost shipments: We are not liable for lost packages if you choose a .
